PONTUS LÜTTKENS

Pontus Lüttkens er gründer og medeier av Løkka Helse og Velvære. Han er kursholder og arbeider med innovasjon innenfor helse, samt daglig leder før Løkka Helse og Velvære. Han har arbeidet over 10 år som massasjeterapeut i kombinasjon som internasjonalt anerkjent utdanning som skilærer. Som Massasjeterapeut, Pedagog og Sertifisert i Foundation Training har han veiledet mennesker til bedre funksjonalitet og aktivitet med holdbare resultater slik att kunder ikke lengre blir avhengig behandling.

Pontus er meget interessert i hvordan muskler relaterer til hverandre. På en systematisk vis, med test og blikk før symmetri ser han fort hvor årsak til eventuell smerte og dysfunksjon i sine pasienter kroppslige struktur.

“Hi Pontus, Just a quick thank you for the foundation training sessions I had with you last winter. Through the basics of foundation training learned from you I have been able to maintain a pain free back. I had become so used to the discomfort in my lower back that it had become normal and I had forgotten how it felt to move freely, My work as a carpenter had been suffering, missed days due to pain down both legs, trying to avoid lifting heavy objects or doing movements that may trigger an episode resulting in me spending several days on my back and taking too many anti-inflammatory  tablets. I have not missed any work since coming to see you, and you would think this would be satisfying enough, but the best impact this has had is remembering what its like to be pain free, being able to lift up my children without feeling pain, and this is good because they only get bigger. I have been able to engage in activities with them with out thinking about my back. playing soccer, skateboarding, doing flips on the trampoline, surfing, swimming (I did these things with them before but I did them like I was  65 years old). I am not the most dedicated of students and struggle a bit to stick to a routine but I find my self doing the founder position every day and go through some longer routines a couple of times a weeks. i think it is made me more aware of my posture in general and I am able recognise when I am sitting badly. sitting down writing an email is usually enough to remind me that I need to stretch.  Thanks again Pontus, its definitely improved my life in more ways than I was expecting.” - Kind regards, Dad and surfer
